Mandrake Capital Partners, LLC is a partner-owned, real estate focused, principal investing firm led by Benjamin Haefele, Joseph O’Connor, and Michael Kavourias. Mandrake was formed in 2019 with the goal of capitalizing on the ever-changing landscape of opportunistic real estate investing in the US.
Prior to the formation of Mandrake, the Partners worked and invested together for over six years while leading the US real estate investment activities of York Capital Management, as well as the real estate investment activities in the US and Western Europe of Gerard Alexander Holdings. The Partners are seasoned real estate professionals with significant debt and equity transaction experience across a diverse range of property types including, but not limited to, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, hotel, senior assisted living, self-storage, student housing, and master planned communities. The Partners have over 65 years of combined real estate investment experience across market cycles.
Mandrake is presently investing on behalf of Mandrake Capital Real Estate Fund II, LP. Additionally, Mandrake manages various predecessor investment vehicles and joint ventures with assets throughout the United States.
